Kitchen & Living Room
Entering the property through the powder-blue front door leads into a light and airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. The living space includes a large L-shaped sofa, electric fire and smart TV with all UK TV Channels (inc Sky & TNT sports).
The modern kitchen features a custom-made table and dining area with seating for up to eight people. The kitchen includes a small fridge & dishwasher, oven and hob plus coffee machine. The main aircon unit for the living area is situated on the wall above the dining area. Terazzo marble floors run throughout the property unifying the space, softened by seagrass rugs in each room.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
A short flight of stairs takes you away from the lounge and towards the rear of the property. Here we have a family bathroom with separate shower, sink and bath. There is a small utility / storage area and beyond a large bedroom currently configured with double bunk-beds sleeping up to four, plus extensive wardrobe space and windows out to the rear of the property.
In addition there is the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, double built-in wardrobes and views out to the rear of the property. Both bedrooms feature remote controlled air-conditioning units and internal window blinds.
Outdoor Terrace
Our large, paved outdoor terrace is screened by mature, flowering hedges and features a dining table, reclining chairs with seating for six and a 3m parasol. The terrace looks out towards the communal gardens and walkways providing a quiet area to relax whilst remaining in touch with day-to-day life in the heart of Vale do Lobo.
